People are starting to use the local charity or good will for a dumping service according to this article from the CBC. People are not being considerate about the stuff they bag up and send to charity. Most in some cases is not usable by the charity and they end up footing the bill for the disposal.

The lesson here is don’t use the charity for your dumping service.
