Affiliate Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to any individual or entity that is participating in Hiddens Niches Affiliate Program.

1. By completing and sending the enrollment form you are accepting the terms of this agreement. Any sites promoting Hidden Niches through sites with unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or objectionable content will be removed from the program. I reserve the right to cancel any affiliates account without notice if the affiliate is in violation of these terms.
   
   
2. After your acceptance to this program you will be sent an email with linking and other account information. Keep this for your records.
   
   
3. All links to our site must contain the affiliate tracking code you are given. Use the link provided to ensure your affiliate commisions are tracked.
   
   
4. Commissions will be paid after 30 days of the date which they are incurred. All payments will be made by Paypal. You must have a Paypal account to receive your commisions.
   
   
5. Commission rate is 50% of the package cost.
   
   
6. If a refund is requested (21 day guarantee from time of purchase) your commission is forfeited.
   
   
7. Customers must follow a link through your site to my site and make a purchase through my payments system and pay in full. Any commissions paid to you or credited to your account on sales generated by your site that result in returns, cancellations, bad debt, or fraud will be deducted from your current affiliate balances.
   
   
8. I shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data arising in connection with this agreement or your participation in my affiliate program.
